After peer-review, accepted articles will be published in progress in pre-print mode (OA Green). The final publication in the final version in Open Access Gold will take place with semi-annual collation.
- Languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese. Abstract (500 characters) and keywords (minimum, 3, maximum, 5) in Italian and English are requested.
- Recurrence: two issues per year; periodical call for papers for monographical issues.
- Media: online and printed edition.
- Guest Editor: designated as responsible for monographical issues among prominent scholars on the selected research issue.
- Compliance: COPE https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines ; DORA https://sfdora.org/ .
Contributions:
- editors’ notes: without peer review;
- papers: full peer review. Usually by two external referees; eventually by an external referee and a board member;
- invited papers: peer review by a board member;
- discussion notes: peer review by a board member.
- In case of conflicting peer reviews: appointment of a further reviewer and final decision by the editors.
